The Arc of South Talladega County is seeking a position for Executive Director.

Requirements include:

• Bachelor's degree in special education, sociology or related professional field

• 3 year's experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities include:

• Organizational, interpersonal and communication skills

• Proficiency in computer skills

• Knowledge in budget development and fiscal management 

• Ability to effectively engage in community relations.
